As a personal trainer and someone who has been into fitness for close to 30 years I was a little worried I wouldn’t get much from WB. But it has been great! My coach Keri J is badass and having her back me up and her guidance has been so great! So excited to see what growth I can make.

I came to Warrior Babe after having a 'regular' nutritionist try to figure out my high blood sugar along with fueling me for my IRONMAN races. I am also dealing with some extra weight from having a kidney that went into failure in 2023 and needed to be removed. I needed a 'sports nutritionist' that can balance my weight loss, sugar issues, my crazy nutrition for my triathlon training and racing... and then a 'trainer' to create a plan for strength training to compliment my Swimming, Biking, and Running that I was already doing. Coach Caitlin McGinley was that Trainer/Dietician for me! Warrior Babe knew my concerns and matched me with the perfect trainer from the start! She has an extensive background in endurance sports (she's an actual Marathon WINNER) and is a Registered Dietician (the one with the actual degree in Nutrition). She's been patient with all my injuries, my 'after' race modes, and my multiple vacations that needed customized body weight exercises that I could do in my hotel room. She listens to my concerns and complaints, and I can see that she really processed those and took them into consideration with everything that she does and plans for me. She also works with my outside Triathlon Training Plan to have everything work seamlessly and effortlessly (which are 2 words that are never usually said with IRONMAN training). I can honestly say... Caitlin & Warrior Babes are my secret weapon this season!

This is a great program to help you make a lifestyle change! There is to so much information and support, including excellent coaching, group and community calls. Thank you, Coach Megan N for everything that I have learned! I highly recommend!

I have been a part of Warrior Babe for eight months. The program is fantastic! I’ve learned so much about nutrition, fitness, and all of the mental and emotional underpinnings that keep us as women from reaching our goals in improving our lives. My coach Celest is the best. She really can dig deep into what all my hang up’s are with food and exercise, which is what this program is all about. Learning to do better with your choices, not guilt yourself into eating just veggies and getting a well rounded diet with the right macros and coaching to make this a change for life. I’ve been in the first phase for 3 months and looking leaner and stronger every week. Loosing inches and changing my body composition. A lot less fat on me now and I haven’t even headed into the fat burning phase.

This is the best program! If you desire a personalized approach, support from an excellent and experienced coach who helps you achieve your macros and improve your body composition, as well as team member support—then this is what you’ve been looking for. This program has changed my life for the better in helping me gain confidence in mind and body, as well as I still lifelong habits of wellness.

Warrior Babe with Celest has been incredible! The personalized fitness and nutrition plans, along with constant feedback and weekly check-ins, have transformed my confidence and health.
