Jay was awesome! He provided the best customer service when i had trouble registering my product, followed up right away, walked me through it and got it all fixed!

Even though, Jay Lee had really no obligation to help me since it wasn't WL's product, he helped me with my product perfectly. That's customer service. Give him a raise.
