I had a problem today with returning an item, so I contacted Wallis customer service team via Messenger and got a very quick response to my problem. Both Lay and Joyce P. were very helpful and I no longer have to worry about being able to return my item.

Recently had to use the twitter wallis help to arrange a return & was pleased how easy it was, my assistant ~Louie was very helpful and efficient.
