My beloved pet Mindy passed away but for whatever period time she used the wheelchair, i could see happiness and a different bounce in her walk. She was very happy to be able to walk on her own and not drag her feet. Short term use but well worth the cost.

Customer service!! I misordered some parts in the wrong size. Customer service made it easy to obtain the correct parts in the correct sizes. They have been supportive every in every step.

The wheels have been absolutely life changing for my senior dog! A degenerative condition made his back legs very weak and seeing him run again and be able to go on walks is incredible. He figured out how to walk with the wheels so quickly and seems very comfortable.

We like the cart our little dachshund is still adjusting to the idea of moving the cart on her own, but she's getting there. It is easily adjustable and simple to use.

Everything they did made the buying experience great. It started with the care they had while on the phone explaining the options and helping me through the proper size to purchase. And then continued when I received it to help me size it for my dog. They are very responsive and caring. Loved everyone I spoke with.

First of all, customer service was amazing for questions we had before we ordered. They helped us pick the appropriate size for our pup. They answered every question we had initially. The wheels came very quickly and it was easy to put together and fit our little guy. He loves it so much, he’s got some independence now and he tools all over the house. It’s such a game changer!
