Since getting his new wheels, Xander my 14 yr old bone cancer warrior has regained his independence… he recently became paralyzed in his hind legs, but that’s not stopping him! We’re back to doing all the things we used to, like walking along the waterfront, and making stops at his favorite ice cream shop for a taste of vanilla. His favorite new activity is to go “off roading” (walk in the grass and snow) with his walkinpets wheels. He’s having a blast, and for me there’s nothing better than a walk with my bestie.
