The product was not as advertised and I had to really fight to get a refund. Overall, not a good first impression.

Customer service was very good, shipping and exchanging was fast. I did not get to use the products because my dog falls between the sizes offered.

We found the help and the equipment we needed to recovery of our dog and the staff was so helpful in advicing the correct sizes and "feeling the worry" was so genuine. Strongly recommend this company for literally everyone and will use their serviced in the future as well for sure. Thank you for excisting!

The ordering online process was easy and the product was received quicker than expected. This company is definitely helping elderly pets and pets that are handicapped for other reasons.

Had issues with the wrong parts being send twice but they were communicating throughout and we got there in the end.
