Fit doesn’t seem to be right now matter how I adjust

Ordered smallest size, but unfortunately the item was too big. Fast, Easy, Wonderful return.

It is everything it is described as being. With all the videos out there on this you know exactly what you're getting except, it was a little easier to put together than I was prepared for (nice surprise). I just got it and put it together so, she's just in the warming up to it stage. Regardless of whether she will warm up to it or not, it is a well constructed piece of equipment. I appreciate all the obvious effort put in to building this device. As, I'm sure, are the many dogs it has helped.

I ordered a product. My dog passed away before it arrived. I called and the customer service was excellent. I was given return instructions. I returned the product and was reimbursed. You guys were great!!! Thank you.

Walkin’ Pets wheelchair is a blessing we’ve been searching for!! My pup, Bailey, is just a 1 1/2 year old big boy who suffers from a neurological disease. It has left him with severe disabilities in all daily activities such as standing, walking, eating, balance and really all motor activities. Everything is a struggle for him. After purchasing this wheelchair, he has gained some independence and freedom back! He is able to walk, eat and use the bathroom without falling! That is a huge accomplishment!!! He never stops smiling and wagging his tail while he’s in it. The only problem we’ve run in to is the belly strap support. He is very hairy and it snaps with Velcro, and it will not stay attached. I would love to find a solution and/or a different belly strap. He really benefits from the extra support.
