Great service

My little dog suffered a spinal cord bruise affecting both rear legs and of course her bathroom habits. Thankfully she is making slow progress and this walker allows for a custom positioning to support her enough that she can now move her legs enough to improve her potty hygiene and strengthen them in hopes she can be more weight bearing. She is still getting used to her wheels but she loves the increased mobility she has. The socks and boots are a very worthwhile investment to protect her feet.

At first customer service was helpful with looking at fitment, but once I needed help possibly changing the wheel height and with the broken plastic pieces I did not feel like customer service was responsive or helpful at all. This product is extremely important to me and my dogs every day life and I would expect more compassion and sense of urgency from the company that sells it.

I placed my order online and the staff reached out about the order to make sure we had the right size for our dog. I was very impressed with the customer service.

Easy website to navigate.fast delivery.easy returns. Good selection. Extra great customer service.

Our Lab went down on her back legs. The wheel cart has kept her active and alert. She is participating in rehab and it is our hope she will be able to regain some strength. I don't believe it would be possible without this walker to assist in exercise because she is an 80 pound dog. With a little adjustment, the walker is a perfect fit.
