Great customer service, fast response

This Wheelchair for our eleven year old Pup, is a huge help as our little Girl just became unable to use her back legs in the course of a week's time. she has a good-sized tumor in her abdomen that was just diagnosed so things are not good as we know. this is a very emotional time for us and to be able to set her in her chair and let her catch her frisbee a few times is, well ...........Thanks for letting me talk this out, The chair is well built, adjusts nicely, we are grateful. They did a great job but my ESS has big front paws so will be ordering an XLarge to accommodate the front and the M should fit the rear which I originally ordered.

Instructional videos made things easier!

I ordered a large handicapped device for my crippled Husky BASED ON THE MEASUREMENT INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THEIR SITE . When we received it, because of her curved back, it didn't fit well. I called and the company who nicely said they would send me smaller wheels for the device and a return label for the larger ones--only after they had me try three things to "correct it being too large for the dog," which was ridiculous. Over a week later, I called again because I didn't receive any replacement wheels. At that time, I was told they didn't send anything because now I'd have to buy the smaller wheels! I was furious! I then choose to send the entire device back. So, they send me an email about returns which includes, "To ensure the maximum product refund please make sure that the item is clean and free of hair, and make sure all original packaging is included (mesh bags, tags etc). Upon arriving back at Walkin’ Pets, every returned item, even those in new condition, are closely inspected. Allowing us to maintain the highest level of quality possible and to ensure that every item we ship out is perfect for the next pet. What happens if the product is returned dirty, missing parts or damaged? Our returns department will need to clean, buff, fix or replace if necessary. This requires resources, so you may be charged a restocking fee. I am sure I will get that fee even though the dog had it on for 2 minutes! Overall, all they had to do was send the correct wheels with the return label that I was originally promised. They are a horrible company who clearly lacks leadership and consistent policies, has poor customer service, and takes advantage of crippled pet owners. Shame on them!

I ordered a walkin fit adjustable splint for my lab/pit mix dog. His body shape is large in the front but much smaller in the back. When I measured him, he fell in between a medium and a large. When I called to ask if I should go with a medium or a large, I was told that he needed an extra large. I asked 3 times if she was sure because he is not an extra large dog. When it came, it was too big, of course! And I had to pay for the shipping to return it. Not happy!!

Shipping was fast, assembly was easy. The harness fits great - snug and comfortable. My pup is still pretty active, and my only complaint is that the wire would need to be made of something much stronger. It works great when she is meandering along and rubs up against something, but it cannot handle the impact when she is moving at a "faster clip." The wire bent and she still smacked into the tree. I may just need to get her a helmet. Hey, maybe design a helmet with a halo?

What a great stroller! My senior pugs are so relaxed and comfortable.
