I am disappointed in the way Walgreens in Mt. Airy on Independece Blvd fills prescriptions. I use the Freestyle Libre 2 and when I phoned in my refill for them, the pharmacy only had 1 in stock. I was told to call back in 14 days for the other one, when I did I was told too early to fill. When I did finally get the 2nd they dropped 1 refill and told me it was a partial refill again. This is getting very inconvient. A 30 day supply is 2 sensors,which each sensor is changed every 14 days. Why should a person lose a refill at no fault of their own. Yet they fill some medications for 90 day supply and my insurance doesnt due 90 day supplies. What is wrong with this picture??

I am no longer a customer with Walgreens. My neighbor told me about Medical Mall Pharmacy located at 9 Hospital Drive in Toms River and have been going there now for my prescriptions for nearly a year and been extremely satisfied. They offer free delivery and accept all insurances. Give them a try.

Poor store drive thru layout, blocks traffic incoming and leaving. If I ever have to deal with them at this place, NE 20th Ave Vancouver WA I'll be suing them for any accidents for their lack of foresight.

Only 1 cashier. Stood in line 3 times. Just to pay for my prescription I had to wait 20 minutes. That doesn't include the other 2 times. I stood in line 45 minutes for one prescription!!! If your in a hurry don't go to Walgreens

I have been using the Walgreens pharmacy in Golden, CO, for years, but the last three times I have tried to refill a RX, I had to call to get it filled several days after I entered it online. The last person I talked to was very curt and not helpful. I have moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Took a drive through COVID PCR test Friday AM for travel Tuesday (4 days later). As of Monday midday, the lab website reports that the tests have not been received. So, we're having to make arrangements elsewhere to obtain test results in time. FYI: the lab disclaims delays in reporting for Saturdays and Sundays. However, these days are counted by the travel industry. What a waste of my time and insurance dollars. Unreliable.

They really need to reconstruct their entire website. As most customers are aware, you can save more money by doing online pickup orders, because Walgreens sometimes have promotional codes you can input at checkout online. Promotional codes that for some reason you can't use at the store in person. So many times, I'll place an order for Ensure Plus milk chocolate for pickup, and the website would even state that the store selected has the item in stock. Then, upon waiting to get the confirmation that my order is ready for pick-up, I instead get an email stating that the item is not available. This has been happening all the time for the past three months. It's very frustrating because not only is it time wasted. Even though they obviously don't charge my credit card, I still always lose my promtion code. Walgreens, please make your website inventory more accurate. The site says they have an item, but they really don't! Lastly, Walgreens is also where I get my supply of Ensure Plus chocolate. Lately, here in Northern New Jersey (Belleville) , I notice that my local Walgreens, or any other Walgreens within a 10 mile radius rarely EVER has Ensure Plus in their inventory. What's going on? I like to get my Ensure here because Walgreens tends to have them for the cheapest in comparison to other pharmacies and supermarkets.

There have young People working there and when you try to call to ask a question they put you on hold for 30 to 40 minutes the recording keeps saying all out Pharmacies are busy right please hang on& we be with you shortly that’s 30 to 40 minutes their playing tag & you wait & Wait & Wait and you ask a you want to talk to the store or,the pharmacy you answer & then they they repeat & you answered & then the waiting game I’m lucky enough to have my vaccines right at my. Apartment building Cant get any better then that & Dont have to drive there I won’t have it any other way
