Hi Ruben, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our customer service team works hand-in-hand with our product experts to deliver timely and accurate information to our customers. While we thought we were close to resolving the product fit issues, it seems we missed the mark. Since we didn't hear back after our last communication on June 18th, where we discussed next steps for installation and offered a product return, we considered the issue resolved. Great products and customer service are top priorities for us and we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.  Thank you, Team Wake Life

Wesley, We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. From the moment you reached out, our team has gone above and beyond to make things right. You confirmed that 19 of the 20 bags in your order were successfully delivered, and as soon as we learned the final bag was missing, we immediately sent a replacement. When that one, unfortunately, didn’t arrive either, we sent yet another — doing everything in our power to ensure your full order was fulfilled. We even offered a refund for the missing bag as a further step toward resolution. As we've explained, once an order is in the hands of FedEx, we no longer have control over what happens in transit. If a package doesn’t arrive, all we can do is respond quickly and do our best to make it right — which is exactly what we’ve done in your case. We’ve worked directly with FedEx on your behalf, shipped multiple replacements, and offered a refund — all in good faith and with a sincere desire to resolve the issue. With over 80 five-star reviews, we’re proud of the quality, care, and service we consistently provide to our customers. We encourage others to read those reviews and form their own impressions. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, there are unfortunately rare instances where, despite our best efforts, we’re unable to meet someone’s expectations. We remain committed to fairness, integrity, and doing the right thing — and that means taking responsibility and offering solutions when things go wrong. We truly wish this situation had turned out differently and hope it’s clear to others just how far we’ve gone to make things right.

This order was delivered, and after further investigation with USPS with video evidence, we confirmed that our bags were indeed at the post office for weeks, as we informed the customer. Furthermore, the customer picked up the bags from the post office and then falsely claimed that he never received them, demanding a refund. This review was an attempt to get a refund while keeping the 10 bags we sent him. After we informed him that we had video evidence from the post office showing him picking up the bags, he changed his story, claiming that his neighbor had picked them up for him and that he was unaware of this. You can be the judge for yourself on what really happened. Our 70+ five-star reviews speak volumes about our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction. We encourage you to read our other reviews and make your own judgment. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, there are instances where we cannot please everyone, especially when the customer is not being truthful about their intentions.

On August 18, this customer placed an order and reached immediately inquiring about the delivery timeframe. We promptly informed him of a slight shipping delay and offered the option to cancel if he preferred not to wait. He chose to proceed with the order and requested that we ship the ballast bags. Just a few days later, we fulfilled our commitment and shipped the bags. On the very day they were shipped, the customer asked to cancel the order. As with any online purchase, once an item is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Nevertheless, we went above and beyond to accommodate his request. We immediately contacted USPS to stop the shipment and arranged for the bags to be returned to us, allowing us to cancel the order and issue a full refund, which we have already processed. We’re perplexed by the customer’s dissatisfaction, as we made every effort to assist him and kept him fully informed throughout the process. His claim that it takes 30 days to receive an order is incorrect, as his order was placed just 10 days ago. Had he not requested the cancellation, the bags would have arrived within the timeframe we provided. Our 70+ five-star reviews are a testament to the fact that our customers love our products and appreciate our commitment to making things right. Unfortunately, there are some situations where, despite our best efforts, we can't please everyone.

Jeff, We really apologize about the experience you had, we hate when we can't make things right and get the customer their bags. USPS can be very difficult to work with sometimes! We appreciate you trying to support a local shop, that doesn't go unrecognized and again we are so sorry we weren't able to get you all your bags. Unfortunately we weren't able to track down those remaining bags so we have refunded you for the 8 bags that never showed up. Thanks, Wake Life

Brandon, We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, with Covid our fulfillment process has been disrupted and we have been having some very long delays in the shipping process for multiple reasons including some delays we can't control coming from USPS themselves. All that being said we have contacted you via email to apologize, please reach out to us with anymore questions at [email protected]

As we already told you via email, USPS has been completely overwhelmed the last couple weeks with the Holiday rush and Covid related issues. We have absolutely no control over what USPS does with your packages, we are always here to advocate for you to find your bags and try to figure out why they took so long to be delivered but we can only do so much. Also as we told you via email, we were even willing to send out more bags to assure you get your bags in a timely manner, and we make sure every customer gets their full order. We are a bit confused by the 1 star review considering we have worked with you and done everything we can to make your order right and explain that we did ship your bags before December 22nd, but unfortunately USPS deliveries have been majorly delayed recently due to Covid and the Holidays. This is the statement directly from USPS on their website that reads "ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE." Also just for clarification, there is no company that would ship over $600 in bags without charging you first. So yes we did charge you on Nov 27th when your order was placed, like any other e-commerce business would do and like we do with EVERY other order we have shipped out to our thousands of customers. Thanks, Wake Life
