I like the easy site to order and the shipping.was super quick.

The website was easy to use and comprehend. I'm patiently waiting for my computer to arrive. I'm anxious to start my call center business. Exciting!!

My only complaint is lack of tracking for shipments. I can email but their isnt an answer guarnteed

The cpu works and it meet requirements, but it had paint marks and scratches, and it was missing a part the dvi to vga converter.

Update...Wahep has gotten in touch with me & sent a replacement keyboard. I still hate that my computer isn’t Bluetooth...however...it’s refurbished and works pretty good so far. I can’t remember the guy’s name who called me, but he was great! Thanks Wahep/Andvaris I have been trying to contact Wahep customer service/support for 3 days to inform that the computer they had delivered to me on 1/18/2019, came with a faulty keyboard. I am not able to use all keys of the alphabet. When I call...I only get a voicemail to leave a message. I’ve attempted to chat twice. No one has responded to my chat or email messages. I will not be ordering from this company EVER again.

I am enjoying my new computer and feel it was a good buy.

They are okay, i got a product which can get the job done. I was ify on how fed ex delivered. They are a good startup equipment company.

I received my computer in a timely manner and so far everything seems to be good with the computer.
