I am to travel out of town tomorrow morning and my dog sitter had to cancel last minute. I found Wag, and it was so quick and easy to confirm someone could take care of the pups. Life saver!

Hi Jason, thank you for the stellar review!
This company doesn’t pay you! Don’t work for them! You’ve been forewarned. I did a walk and they’re not paying me

I wish I could look at all the options available. I do not like being charged before the service is complete. This site is not for the customer.

Hi there, thank you for the review and feedback. We appreciate your feedback. Charges are not official until the service has been completed. If you are seeing a charge prior to a service being completed, this is a pre-authorization hold. If the service cancels, the hold will automatically be removed and should reflect immediately in the account but may take longer depending on your financial institution. Please note, services cancelled may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Terrible service. As pet parent I tried to find boarding for my dog. They make you pay for the whole stay up front and then won’t refund your money only offer credits. The only way to search their system effectively is by paying for premium services. I’d stick with Rover never had problems with their service. I’m out 490 dollars thanks to Wag!

I went to add a tip to my dog walker through their sketchy app and a prompt kept coming up prompting me to add some additional service - I kept trying multiple times to x out and close the prompt but yet endlessly kept coming up. I ended up going to my email and adding the tip that way and the next day I noticed a charge on my bank account for $119.99 for some service I have no idea about and did not authorize. I contacted them through chat on their sketch app and they refused to refund me and told me it was non refundable. I asked them to contact me via phone and again through their sketch app kept sending through hoops and shockingly no call back. I am now disputing charges with bank. Unbelievable. I will never use them again. I hope this has not happened to anyone else . I signed up for Rover.

My dog got injured after a walk. I politely ask if the walk saw anything. They deactivated my account now I'm in a lawsuit. I'm a Honorable vet with a Registered service dog and was a 3 year premium customer.

Be aware of cancellation charges. I booked an overnight service (3 days) with Wag pet service. The total charges were supposed to be $181.62. I cancelled plans and didn't take my trip and was charged $90.81 because I cancelled service that was already booked with a pet caretaker. I paid $90.81 for WAG to do absolutely nothing!! I hope this helps somebody else out from being overcharged and ripped off.

COMPLETE scam. BEWARE / You are hiring people base on reviews that people make that have to pay for those reviews. My sister lost her dog recently so she wanted to start walking dogs in her spare time. She was told about Wag. They made ask people to review her and gave her a link to send out. She sent one to me. She has taken care of my boys so many times, she is so good with them and they adore her, so I was happy to put in a good word. I was first asked to give tons of information about my pets, then asked to pay to leave a review for my sister and the higher the amount paid the higher on the "referred list" She was also charged to create a profile on her end. So, all you need is money to make money so THEY ARE A SCAM, Next, when she didn't accomplish everything they requested to set up her profile within 24 hours (she was still in mourning) they shut it down. NOW I AM BLASTED WITH MARKETING BLLSHIT ALL DAY EVERYDAY.
