STOLE MONEY - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - Boarded a dog for 4 days and because I didn't swipe to start they never paid me. Tried to contact customer service through their "Help" section and was stuck in a painful loop of Automated responses that were not associated with my concern. Didn't offer any solutions, phone numbers or even email addresses to reach out to with my concern! TERRIBLE

If my dog could write the review, I'm sure he'd rave about how exciting it is when his walker shows up to take him for a stroll. He's always fired up when he gets back!

So disappointed that I can't get in touch with the head office. There is a BIG problem with my account and I can't get help. Money is flying out the window in the meantime. Grrr.

Wag eliminated its customer support for caregivers. Only emergency line. So when customer lies on dog profile and has 4 dogs in the house instead of 2 you work for free. They need to screen these clients and pay the walkers !!! Rip off service. I addressed this with the bot aka “chat” who could not figure out what I was asking. Shameful behavior.

Until recently, I had been using wag for nearly 5 years. A dog walker had jammed my lockbox combination, preventing me from accessing my door key. When I contacted the non-existent customer support, I was promised four times that someone from their compliance team will contact me. No one has contacted me after more than a month. I had to call a locksmith to cut the lockbox and change my door lock since I couldn't get into the box to see if my door key was still inside. I will NEVER EVER EVER use Wag again! I was quite disappointed in their lack of safety and security for my well-being, as well as their lack of customer service for a huge corporation. Be wary of their "vetting" process as well. Some dog walkers are said to have a criminal background. Service is POOR to the tenth power!! I recommend that you choose someone from your neighborhood's Nextdoor or Thumbtack app.

Will never use again. This company does not take any responsibility for anyone who is on their app. I boarded my dogs for the weekend due to an emergency trip I had to take. We requested the person boarding our dogs to send us photos an updates while we were gone. We did not receive either. On top of that we did not hear from the person watching our animals for over 24 hrs. We called texted and no response, so we called Wag customer service and they could not be more worthless. They tried the same calling and texting and could not get ahold of the dog boarder. After threatening to file a police report they upgraded us to their "Critical Team" which they seemed to be able to do nothing but call and text as well, with no response. We were able to get our dogs back after 30hrs of not hearing from our boarder. Wag did an "investigation" if you would like to call it that and said she just fell asleep and was not expecting us home - Must have been one hell of a nap. Since having my dogs back at my house they have gone to the bathroom inside multiple times (this was never an issue before they boarded) leading me to believe they were not even taken outside very much. My recommendation would be if you do not care what happens to your animals use WAG because they do not care either

Customer service in non existent. There is no way to contact customer to resolve a poor review. It is AI based so there are only preset answers that take you in circles. I only get alerts outside my set radius and can’t resolve it because there is no customer service.
