The walkers are extremely professional friendly and understanding of my dogs behavior. It really helps when I don't have the time to get this puppy her daily exercise and it's worth every penny. My puppy is quite a handful and in need of some serious training, every walker I've hired has been absolutely excellent with her. 😍😍😍

Hi Vanessa, thank you so much for your review!
HORRIBLE!! Paid for 1 year premium subscription and NOT ONCE did I get any services. No caregivers in my area and refuse to refund my money.

Hi Ellen, thank you for your review!
Wag STOLE MY MONEY. They gave the client a refund and then decided I had to pay for it. They did not tell me this was happening and did not communicate anything. I spoke to several agents who said I should have been contacted, yet they refuse to acknowledge that my funds have been stolen. Now anything I work for will be going to cover a negative balance WAG decided I should have. I have had an account since 2017 and dealt with so much of the app problems but this one is making me quit! They have made so much money off of me and now want to fight me over $125. That means NOTHING to a large business, but sooo much to a small worker. I'm spreading this everywhere I can

Wag is the Best! They have the most amazing staff. I booked for dog walker service for my poodle. The walker called to let me know that she was on the way. Arrived on time was awesome with my dog and my dog really had a great walk. I got updates along the way and could monitor the well Wags has a gps that follows the entire walk. Truly a great service! By the way very affordable rates with such great service. I’ll definitely make appointments again.

Hi Carol, thank you so much for your review!
Trying to tell you that you have incorrect information about a dog breed which could lead to poor purchases by would be owners. But your chatbot is beyond useless and there is no support email.
