Ziggy absolutely loves Lydia. He ran to the door with excitement when he heard her. Extremely professional and great communication! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hi there, thank you for your review! We are thrilled to hear that Ziggy loves his Pet Caregiver!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Unable to get a hold of anyone after 20+ attempts because an employee automatically left a review on my account after failing to catch the pet parent was the one to make the error. That was only the first of three one star mistakes, 2/3 one stars removed as of this review but again only after wasting HOURS of nonsense and who knows how much loss of business due to poor reviews on account. Currently fighting another (the third) one star review and by fighting I mean just getting a hold of someone.. Irony here is I finally canceled a service request myself instead of waiting for the pet parent to respond (which would give me a fourth automatic 1 star) as instructed only to receive a 21 day ban, Where I’Unable to request or accept new business. Absolutely terrible support, this impacts not just my income but those who rely on me to put food on the table. Making an edit on my initial post to allow me to respond to their reply. No I’ve not been able to get the support I need nor have made contact with anyone. Issue is still unresolved. This comment further saddens me as I really want to love and use this app/service!

Hi Angelique, thank you so much for your review!
Terrible app. Was looking to board our dog for a week with someone but our primary person wasn’t available. The app ended up booking someone 15 minutes before my requested time instead of allowing me 24 hours in advance (per their cancellation policy) to cancel and charged me in full even when the service was never completed. Their customer service representatives have also been completely useless. I would not recommend this app or this company

Hi Samantha, thank you so much for your review! We are thrilled to hear that Jaclyn has been a pawfect fit for Georgie!
Shilo just came out of dog training and Ingrid met with me and we discussed it. Her first walk with him went extremely well. It will take time for Shilo to learn his new way of acting and reacting and I, alone, cannot be there all the time. Ingrid went out of her way to keep him in check per our discussion. It’s a lot to take on and Ingrid rocked it!!! Her photo was Shilo kissing her. It was precious!!!

I scheduled a 30 minute walk and the Wag Walker walked my dog for a total of 7 minutes. I know this because I have a Furbo cam.
