Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Wag! is hands down the most amazing thing that has happened to a guy with such a busy schedule. It's always nice to know someone reliable can be there to help play with my little pup! Vincent loves his walks every time and I get the cutest photo of him after it's finished. The company strives for excellence and does not slack in any area of customer service. They are flexible and great! Recommend Wag to anyone and everyone.

My dog is my best bud and I love that I am able to easily provide him a break/walking treat by simply using Wag! from my phone or computer. If I am needing to stay later at work, I simply book a walk and he can be provided with a happy walk. I can follow the walk and get a report with a picture of his smiling face. It is beyond efficient, quick, and the walkers are dependable/kind. It provides peace of mind that allows me to use the service if I don't feel well but my pup is well taken care of. And each person has been wonderful, polite, responsible, and prompt. I feel as though I would recommend this service to anyone. Fantastic idea and service!

Overall, my experience with Wag has been quite good. Walkers are timely and friendly with minimal hiccups. The best value of Wag is the on demand service. Most dog walking companies require you to schedule walks weekly, but the ASAP feature, and ability to schedule day of makes this a convenience worth paying a bit of a premium for. This is an app that I've definitely recommended to friends.

I LOVE Wag and I am so glad I finally tried it. Sometimes I get stuck at work or something comes up and I am not able to get home to let my dog out until much later than I had planned. It always breaks my heart knowing he has to hold it for so long because I got stuck somewhere. Having Wag as my backup makes me feel so much better. The walkers are there when I can't be and my pup loves them as much as I do!

My experience with Wag has been wonderful! From the concierge to the dog walkers, everyone is prompt and thoughtful. I love being able to follow along on my dog's walk and to review her report card at the end. It gives me a great piece of mind to know that she's happy and being well cared for when I'm not there! You also can't beat being able to schedule last minute walks - it's a lifesaver as a freelancer with an unpredictable schedule.

It's a good service which could use a little work to be perfect. There isn't a way to directly book a single walker to keep sending our dog with a person we trust or has access to our building -- we coordinated with the walker to make sure they got the walks, and talked to customer service to move walks when they went to someone else. The phone app can be unresponsive and fail to load walks that have happened in the past -- the web app doesn't have that problem. That said, our dog has a walker who he loves and who does a great job. The rest is minor.

Why didn't I think about this service? It has been an amazing experience with an amazing staff. It shows step by step, when and where your beloved dog is at. This is the perfect way to treat your dog while your away at work. Not sure i can take care of my dog and give them the proper care without wag. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care for my dog. David D

It is a major convenience to be able to schedule a dog walk if you are running late at work. I can even schedule one at 5am when I am on my way to work and get confirmation via text in a matter of minutes.
