I’ve used wag 3 times now and it just keeps getting better and better. I’ve forgotten my leash a few times and they are always prepared and have another on hand, always courteous and professional. It’s really a great service and reasonable prices

Every bit if the experience worked without flaws the entire weekend.

Would definitely recommend this app for anyone who needs help walking their dog. GPS tracking helps to ease the worry for pet parents and also to know that each walker is insured and passed a criminal background check. The staff at Wag has always been incredibly helpful when booking things in the app and if I had any issues.

The app customer service has been better than any app customer service I have ever encountered. The customer service is domestic here in the US, they are accessible and responsive and deliver results. Amazing. They are understanding about the perils of having a stranger walk your dog, and do all they can to make the adjustment!

I love Wag. All the walker we have used are professional and playful with our puppy. The make sure the dog gets good exercise and is hydrated afterwards. When it is rainy they wipe him down. Our Yorkie-Poo Buddy gets so excited every time they come.

Walkers are excellent. Ability to see where my Dog is being walked in real time is awesome

Service is great. The app needs a lot of work. I can't add priority walkers easily without contacting customer support. I can't cancel walks without contacting customer support. Luckily customer support is pretty quick and just a text away. Still inconvenient though

I love using Wag! Customer service is fantastic, they are available any time day or night. When they noticed my boy hadn't started his walk they looked into it right away and had another walker sent out for him. Everyone genuinely cares about the wellbeing of my dog, I'm constantly recommending it.
