Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Don't look at the 5 stars they are lieing. Putting reviews that are made up by them. This is a very dangerous company. Please don't leave your pet with them. They will not be reliable. They don't care about following thru with appointments. Can't confirms anything. Very rude. Please don't use this company!!!!!!!

Do not ever use WAG ever or risk a chance of losing your dog or your home. I have a regular dogwalker that I trust completely that walks my dog but she was away for a week and I needed someone to walk my dog. I am currently in the hospital and my BF works long hours so I decide to sign up for wag and put very extensive notes in the comment section about needing an experienced person walking my dog and the same person for the week I scheduled because he was not great around other dogs. The walker that came I thought was super friendly and took pictures etc and told me first day she had an incident where my dog jumped at a hanging leash and wouldn't let go of it in the elevator and she had to pull it away from my dog for about 5 minutes . She stated that's never happened to her before so I just chalked it up to a new Walker and li dog was antsy because he didn't know her. Next day she walked him I recd a text that she had an incident in the elevator again where he bit someone and everything went downhill from there . My dog has never had issues with both fa human ever . his regular walker would vouch for him as well as two of the fosters parents that worked with him prior to us rescuing him. We had sent him to puppy dog training for a week prior to all of this . No issues . Yes he's aggressive against other dogs but this was clearly notated . Needless to say communication between wag and the customer service was non existent . I had to call, text, email weeks on end befode they would finally return a call to tell me yes they would be responsible for the bills from victim, it took weeks before the bill was even paid after countless emails, phonecalls etc. in the meantime I'm still getting emails on schedule a free walk we want you back daily . 2 months later my apartment told me that I need to remove my dog off the the property because of this incident . They entire leasing office knows my dog and love him but once a report is made risk management deems him a risk so he's no longer welcome . So now 7 months into our lease we have to break the lease, pay tons of fees because wag did not send someone competent to walk my dog. I can not just give up my dog so now I have to move . Never ever ever use wag .

I scheduled a “constant care” pet sitting for my 3 month old puppy while I was away on business and my husband was working. We scheduled it about 2 weeks in advance and met our sitter and she was really nice. All seemed great. The day of the sitting, no one was there 30 mins after the scheduled arrival time. After calling customer service, I found out that my sitter had an emergency and cancelled that morning. No one from wag bothered to notify me. My poor puppy was in his crate for way longer than he should have been. After almost an hour of back and fourth from customer service, they finally sent someone over to walk my puppy for an hour. Luckily, I found a sitter on my own last minute to stay with him for the rest of the time. I would honestly NEVER use wag again. It’s so irresponsible to agree to care for someone’s pet, let alone a puppy, and cancel without any notification.

I needed to change the time on a scheduled walk and within 5 minutes I get a text and they were able to change right away. GREAT JOB WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The reps at WAG are inconsistent & unprofessional. They never answer their phone, they text you a promotion stating that one of their walkers will be in the area & if I want my dogs walked, I answer YES & then they don't have a walker to walk my dogs?! Everyone gives me a different price for my 4 dogs even after I text many times trying to get an understanding of pricing. My first walk the walker never showed up or contacted WAG stating he was not coming. I spoke to a Manger & a Cust Serv Rep expressing my disappointment in how I have been treated & they read my texts of all the problems I had with them & not one was willing to comprise with me so that I stay as a Customer. I am going elsewhere, there are many companies that are better then WAG.

We have a puppy and they scheduled and confirmed our walks when we were at work and the walker never showed up. When i contacted them they never responded when I left a message. I texted them and finally they responded they found a dog walker 2 hours later to replace the person that never showed and offered no compensation. They are HORRIBLE do not use

I love WAG , I use this service daily , We have had 4 different walkers and each of them did a terrific job with my pups ...Our main walker is Kaylee she's amazing she's informative she's on time and she is good to Mulan and Jay-Jay..I would recommend WAG to everyone that needs a friend for their doggies.

I was signing up to be a dog walker. I took the tests, watched the videos, entered my info and came to...THE PART WHERE I PAY WAG $30 ??!!! (I opted to receive WAG T-shirt and bandana fo $5) I didn’t go through with it. It was a nominal amount, but there is no way for me to see if there were dog walking opportunities until I paid them. If I knew there were actual jobs in my area, I’d sign up.
