So far it’s been amazing! I can request the same walker if I schedule it ahead of time, and can get someone on demand whenever. If you buy the packages it ends up being the same cost as other companies that are less flexible.

Had issues with app where booking disappeared so I booked another walker. Booking reappeared and there is no way to self-service / cancel the other walker. Customer service was not very accomodating and was mainly focused on ensuring that we had one account per household vs. trying to mitigate/root cause the issue. Very hesitant to ever book another walk with Wag again.

Good service. Sometimes there is discrepancies with the pick up time.
