WAG has been a very reliable service. There were a few times our scheduled walker did not show up and WAG automatically worked to locate and send an alternate walker in a very timely manner. I was impressed that they initiated this process on their own when the walker had not "checked in" during the scheduled timeframe and immediately took care of the issue.

I am very satisfied with WAG. The communication by text and tracking is so reassuring. My dog walker, Heather, is warm and caring with my little guy. WAG has covered all bases! My only complaint is an owner should be able to meet a walker prior to scheduling. It seems that option is only for recurrent scheduling.

Really useful and convenient. I used to have to pay a fortune for someone to check on my pet but wag is so reasonable and the walkers are fantastic. Had a few tech issues at the beginning and their customer support was non-responsive for over 24 hours then the issue wasn’t entirely fixed. After they sorted that out, everything else has been great

I cannot begin to tell you what an emotional lifesaver WAG has been for me...!! My rescue pittie Buddy & I have not been separated AT ALL for 10 years...he's sweet, old & deaf and has always been by my side.. But the WAG people & my wonderful walker Natalie have COMPLETELY gone out of their way to put this old man's mind at ease while I've had to take this extended family holiday... > One-on-one walks, daily reports, real-time GPS, all their features work seamlessly...so well, it's almost unbelievable... Buddy is more spoiled now that I'm on the road..!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service to ANYONE who has an extremely close connection to their dogs... You WILL feel secure that they are in good hands...!!

I really like the app. It's convenient, and all the walkers have been super kind and affectionate with my puppy. I highly recommend it and will be using it more in the future. I do think it's a bit pricy for a half hour walk being $20, but you are also paying for the convenience of being able to book whenever you want. The only thing I would change is the texting-feature. I get one text from a certain number confirming my booking, but there's a different number that I text or call for support, and another number if I want to contact my trainer. I think it would be easier if it was just a push notification confirming the booking and a "Contact Support" or "Contact your Walker" button. Other than that it is great!

The app is extremely user friendly, you have access to your pup every step of the way and the walkers send photos and videos of your pup during the walk. They always offer discounts and constantly keep you informed of any promotions they are having. I am very pleased with Wag and have recommended this services to all of my friends.

I cant say enough how glad to have this service. All of the walkers are awesome knowledgeable and handle the dogs with white gloves. I will continue to use this service and so should you

wag! is an excellent app that allows my dog to stay healthy and fit. i have only had good experiences with walkers and my dog has enjoyed every walk he has been on! thank you wag!
