Wag!Reviews of wagwalking.com

Wilson was new and had one review. We were hesitant, but after meeting him we immediately knew our pups were in good hands. He communicates well and goes beyond what's expected. The Wag app could use a little tweaking, but overall it's meeting our needs.

Elizabeth is the best!!!! She is professional, compassionate and so efficient. Wag’s app allows the client to know when care is happening, view walk routes, and receive a personalized report with each visit. We are so grateful and satisfied with our service. Thank you

I hired a dog sitter from 09/27-09/30. The dog sitter was uncommunicative and did not perform a satisfactory sitting service. I requested my dog be taken out every 4 hours and that did not happen. My dog peed on a rug. She then put said rug in my dryer causing the dryer to be dirty and then placed my clean towels back in the dryer. The sitter went through my cabinets and used things without permission. Worst of all I’m missing items. When I made contact with wag support they said they would do an investigation. She did not respond so the investigation was closed. I’ve deactivated my wag account and will never use this service again. If you want your pet neglected, personal items stolen from your home, and for strangers to go through your cabinets, and then be met with unsatisfactory customer service, then by all means use Wag.

Steven was fantastic! Played with my youngest and took great care of my oldest pup. Definitely would use again!

flexible, friendly, good with dogs

Over the past three years, I have consistently utilized Wag for my canine services. Throughout this period, I have consistently received exceptional service without encountering any issues.

I am writing to report WAG's misleading business practices and warn others about their unethical handling of payments. I recently experienced a family emergency and was exploring pet-sitting options. The WAG app appeared in my search, offering dog-sitting services. To view sitters and reviews, I was prompted to enter my credit card information, which the app stated would not be charged unless I used a service (“$0 due at this time,” it claimed). I entered my payment details via Apple Pay but ultimately decided not to book any service and deleted the app. However, to my surprise, the next day I saw a hold for $540.68 on my account from WAG, even though I had neither confirmed nor authorized any service. I was only met with an automated chatbot when I attempted to contact WAG for assistance. There was no way to speak to a real person. The bot sent me a cancellation policy link, informing me that my only option was to cancel a service I had never booked and pay a $99 cancellation fee. I filed a claim through the app, but I felt pressured to cancel and pay the fee with no real support available. Their policy states fees can range from $99 to 50% of the service cost, or even 100% if canceled on the same day, making it impossible to avoid charges. This experience left me feeling scammed, especially during a stressful time. WAG's setup seems intentionally designed to trap consumers into paying fees for services they didn’t authorize or use, with no option for recourse. I filed a complaint with the BBB to investigate WAG’s deceptive practices and ensure other consumers are protected from being taken advantage of.

Took great care of my dog, very thoughtful!
