Our walker has been with us for 5 years. She is so caring and loves our pups as much as we do. ( and they love her) She is always in communication with us during or after a walk and her report cards of the walk are fun to read… We got lucky to find our walker through Wag

No one stole anything this time, wandered my house going through rooms and opening doors, using my bathroom, or "losing" the keys to my home -- all of which have happened previously with Wag. Eye-opening to see what was going after installing security cameras.

The pet care givers are wonderful. There is convenient scheduling. However customer service is lacking? the app makes it very difficult to report a specific issue/ the phone line rings but doesn’t answer, and I have had Wags schedule walks I had not approved. I still use the service as like the petcare people and hope they improve the customer relations.

The walker ignored my verbal instructions when I handed him the leash and the details in the app. He literally walked my dog until he collapsed into heatstroke and my dog DIED.

I’ve used Wag for years. It’s all that I trust. I work long hours and travel a bit and have an old dog with special needs. I’m always able to find someone who knows how to walk my dog properly. Wag has always been an A+ experience. Can’t recommend it enough.

The dog walker took my dog on an hour long walk, On burning hot asphalt I noticed that she was limping after and turns out she had third-degree burns on all four paws. I had to take her to the vet she had a fever and infection and needed a shot and antibiotics for 10 days and painkillers I had to carry her outside and she couldn’t walk. They never offered reimbursement for the vet visit nor any kind of reimbursement for anything. Not even an apology . I will never use Wag! again. They have not taken any liability or responsibility for anything that happened and blamed it on me that I didn’t tell the walker not to walk around hot asphalt as if that is not some thing that is common sense and perhaps should at the bare minimum be included in their code of ethics. Do they not have liability insurance, nope. Emailed legal no response. They take no responsibility for anything that happens to your animals they don’t care about the animals all they care about is their pockets 10 out of 10 do not recommend if you want to keep your animals safe. Also a friend of mine told me that they lost their dog and won’t take any responsibility for it. Rover has much better policies moving over there. Very Disappointing Wag!

Early on it was difficult to find reliable walkers in our suburb north of Seattle. I now find plenty of walkers willing to make the 20 minute drive and some even live in the neighborhood. The walkers genuinely love dogs and come out in all kinds of weather. The pups love them and we appreciate them so much!

We found a very reliable dog walker through Wag! She comes once a week (I handle the duties every other day) and has been available for walks when I was out of town. She works another job overnight so her arrival time is somewhat variable but she gives me warning by telephone so I can have Mischief & Scarlet ready. Great service!
