I have the most amazing dog walker. I have 2 3year old pugs and they adore Keveon. Keveon truly cares about my babies and puts my mind at ease knowing when I can’t be there for them Keveon is.

Thank you for your kind review, Audrey! We love hearing about the rapport Keveon has built with you and your pugs—someone who clearly cares about them deeply and gives you peace of mind when you can't be there yourself. We look forward to continuing to support you and your pups!
This website is the most unprofessional dog walking company. They have perverted clients sending pornographic photos to their dog walkers, and unjustly terminates their dog walkers with great reviews.

This review covers an interaction with a Wag! customer service representative. Responses were quick and super-helpful. I couldn't be more satisfied.

It is a great service that allows you to find a lot of available caretakers for your pets fairly quickly. I like that you can read reviews and read the bios of the caretakers. My only complaint is that it does seem that people do not stay very long on the app. Either they get new jobs or move or some other circumstance happens. So it has been hard to find a consistent caretaker for my pet. But three out of the four people that I have met have been lovely. So grateful for the app.

Thank you for your thoughtful review, Penelope! We're glad the platform has made it easy to find Caregivers quickly, and that the reviews and bios have helped you weigh your options. Most of the Caregivers you've met sound like great matches for your pup, too. We appreciate your feedback on consistency. Since Caregivers are independent business owners, their availability can shift—but adding favorites to your Preferred Caregivers list (tap the heart on their profile) can help prioritize them when they're available. We look forward to continuing to support you and your pup!
I had this lady name Kathy from Bush Garden who confirmed to take care of my dog and yet very mean and just declined because my dog is growling! Girl you don’t even staying with her in 5 mins and yet you turned back away from us. I am not even done explaining that it’s her first time to be with the petsitter. Her approach is not good towards my dog and she can feel it. Not all dogs are the same. She growled at her bec she was mean at the very beginning. I am so frustrated with Wag. I am not going to use this app anymore. I am so thankful that she declined. She cannot be trusted bec of her behavior towards my dog and towards me. I am still explaining and yet turned around and left. This lady was very mean and rude.’
