Hey Jackson. I'm so sorry to hear you didn’t have a great experience with us! All of our artwork is handmade to order by our expert team in North Carolina, using premium canvas and high-resolution printing processes. We're also lucky enough to work with some of the best artists in the world to create pieces exclusively for Vybe Interior & can't be found anywhere else. We’d really like to take a look at your order and help make things right. Could you please reach out to us at [email protected] so our awesome team can help you out? Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, I truly appreciate it!! Have an amazing rest of your week.

Hi Beto, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. This sounds like there may be some confusion because we don’t sell any unframed artwork and we never ship items in tubes. All of our pieces are hand-stretched on solid wood frames in our North Carolina facility and shipped ready to hang. It’s possible you may have meant to review a different company. If you’d like, please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can look into this together and help clear things up :)
