Customer service has been notified to prioritize your request. Please wait a moment; a representative will contact you shortly.
I contacted the seller on 17 December 2025 with specific product I was interested in. Gloria, the seller representative, in official email informed me on 18 December 2025, that product is on stock in Germany. On 29 December Gloria informed me that after I pay the order, the seller will send product the next business day. So I paid order on 29 December 2025 - 849 euro. I was supposed to get tracking information immediately but I did not get it. I contacted seller again on 31 December 2025, 2 January 2026 and got reply only on 4 January 2026 that product is not available to send. The seller will try to send it only around (!) after 15 January 2026 and this is not sure not correct and is not a deal. So as I am leaving from Poland to Ukraine on 20 January 2026, I am 100000% sure that seller will not send product and will steal money and still not send product. So I am claiming for full refund and I would recommend PayPal to pay extra attention on this fraud seller on your PayPal system. Right now on their official site, the seller claims it has 32 products that I paid for - but not for 849 euro but for 1049 euro - what looks like real greedy way of doing business deals from this fraud seller. Hello, to better understand the situation and also to alert other friends, may I ask which platform or merchant you purchased from? This way, everyone can have an additional reference point when making future purchases. I hope your issue gets resolved smoothly.
I bought a VTOMAN Jump 2200W battery around 12 months ago and it has already stopped working. I contacted VTOMAN customer service and initially received a reply asking for proof of purchase and a video of the fault, which I sent straight away. Since then, they have completely ignored my emails. After doing some research, it seems this kind of “silent treatment” from VTOMAN is very common, and I find it extremely frustrating. Because they refuse to respond, I have now contacted the relevant consumer authorities in Australia. Based on my experience, I strongly advise not buying this product. The way VTOMAN treats their customers is unacceptable and honestly quite disgusting. A continued response: After many emails sent only one of them was responded to this one from Gloria: With a fake email address I have sent messages the new fake email she gave me and still no response. Vtoman Website Customer Service Tue, Dec 2, 9:34 AM (2 days ago) to me Hello, I have forwarded your email to your order store customer service team who are responsible for your order to solve your problem. Please note: Different stores may have different warranty policies, our website store can't deal order from other stores. If you don't get back from your representative please check your spam or write to them directly to get a response. Best regards, Gloria This is where i bought the vtoman from off ebay. Hello, I've reviewed your purchase history and confirmed that you did indeed order a car charger, not a wall charger. We did not ship the wrong item. Our customer service team has prioritized your inquiry and will contact you shortly. Please check your email for further updates. Best regards, Vivi
These people are really poor I received faulty out of the box goods and I asked to return the items and they refused so I went to PayPal and eventually they agree to take back their faulty goods but now I have to send it to the US and I am responsible for the carriage costs REALLY it would cost me at least half of what I have spent to send back their FAULTY GOODS. Be warned it looks a good deal but it is not worth the hassle really it is not.
