Terrible....I mean terrible customer service. They pretend they have a live chat but its just another email portal. I really doubt that I have yet to communicate with a human, all the responses I have gotten are basic and generic.

Recently I needed to find three 11x17 chrome frames for small posters that my wife and I wanted to hang in our bathroom. After looking at various stores (Michael’s, Target, etc.) and not finding anything, I decided to look online, and that’s how we discovered Vossington. Not only did we find the exact frames we wanted, they arrived in just a few days and the quality and craftsmanship is incredible...and at a fraction of what it would have cost to have our posters professionally framed. We will absolutely shop online at Vossington for all our future framing needs!
