Good quality service. I placed two orders on the same day and realized I didn't get free shipping on the first order so I contacted support and they quickly combined the orders to refund my shipping costs.

The glass in the frame is not actually glass, it’s plastic. Otherwise the frame is as it appears.

We don't use regular glass since it breaks very easily during transit, and that's a major factor for an online retailer like Vossington that ships frames across the world. Please contact Customer Service on vossington.com if you'd like to return your product, or if there's anything else we can do to make you completely satisfied with your purchase.
Love the quality of the product. I had to return original because I ordered the wrong size and customer service was so easy to work with.
