Awesome products and awesome service!

I love these frames! I shopped online everywhere looking for a curved wood frame and these are great! They have the warmth of wood and are very sturdy. I had artwork mounted and it fits into the frame perfectly!

Fantastic customer service and loved the frame once I got one that was not damage in shipping. However, Amazon fulfillment is doing a terrible job of packing. I received two damaged 30x40 frames before I got one that was in good condition. Huge, fragile frame was packed in a cardboard flat, not a box. Customer service was OUTSTANDING but they need to have a chat with Amazon about how to properly ship item.

The fake wood finish - which is more expensive - looks and feels cheap (sub-IKEA quality) and the mitered corners are not true. This frame was much more expensive, but of drastically lower quality, than similar ones from Target or Walmart. I have no idea why these cost as much as they do - I was disappointed in almost every element. Edit: the vendor reached out twice to try to rectify the issue and is sending a brand new frame free of change, in addition to the one I purchased. They suspect the one I had was damaged in shipping. They also clarified that they apply a thin wood veneer to an aluminum core for their wood frames, which are more expensive. I would not purchase another wood frame from Vossington (it feels quite fake), but I may give them another chance due to the outstanding customer service. Upped star rating from 1 to 3.

On time delivery, high quality aluminum frames for a fraction of the price you'd get at framing stores. Good selection of sizes and frame colors too. The friend referral program is great as both my friends and I have gotten a lot of discounts already. I will be buying Vossington for all of my framing projects!
