I dropped $300 (minimum starting $ required at the time) for that they promised (I'm a painting contractor) 14 leads, delivered 7, 4 were from out of state, useless leads, the other 3 worthless peeps that didn't respond to calls or emails. absolute rip-off! they promised a refund and did deliver! i just read their response and am now appropriately editing my complaint...why did they get responses to me from other cities if their tech is so state of the art? and why do they promise 14 aprox leads at sales time and then correct it after the fact, why not clarify all those "influencing facttors" prior to me dropping the $300?

Hi Marcelo, Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not match your expectations. It’s crucial for us to clarify how our Voolt Marketing service works to help set accurate expectations. The number of leads we estimate is based on a variety of factors, including location and industry, and we regret that the number of leads you received did not meet your expectations or needs. The leads we provide are real people actively searching for services in your area. These individuals themselves input their details. We understand your disappointment with the number and quality of leads, particularly those that were out of state or unresponsive. This feedback is invaluable as it helps us refine our algorithms and improve our targeting to better match our customer with potential clients in their specific regions. Regarding your refund, we’re pleased to confirm that it was processed on September 26. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. We view your feedback as an opportunity to improve and reassure you of our commitment to delivering value to our clients. We would love the chance to discuss this further and explore additional ways we can support your business and enhance your satisfaction with our services. Please contact our support team at your earliest convenience. We’re here to help and committed to making things right. Best regards, Team Voolt
