Hi Mike, We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that Voolt didn’t meet all your expectations. We want to assure you that Voolt offers extensive customization options, including color schemes, fonts, and layouts, ensuring your site stands out. Features like linking to external pages, adding images, and creating galleries are indeed part of our platform. Regarding social media, Voolt’s marketing suite includes both Google ads and social media advertising, providing a well-rounded approach to digital marketing. On the domain management front, it’s important to clarify that while Voolt requires DNS pointing to our servers for optimal performance and security, domain ownership remains entirely with our users. You have full control over your domain, and should you choose to transfer it in the future, we’ll assist you in the process. We’re continuously improving based on feedback like yours and are here to help you leverage Voolt to its full potential. For any further assistance or to discuss how we can better meet your needs, please reach out to our support team. Best regards, Team Voolt

Hello, We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with Voolt, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrations you've faced. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how crucial timely and effective support is for our clients. We want to clarify that we do offer live chat support, where our team is available to provide immediate assistance. We regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you not being able to access this service when needed. Upon reviewing your case internally, we found that the issues you encountered should now be resolved. However, we acknowledge that our response time did not meet your or our expectations, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. This experience is far from our standard of customer care. We are committed to making this right our team will be reaching out to you directly to confirm that everything is in order and to assist with any remaining concerns. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you've experienced. We value your feedback as it is crucial for us to improve and prevent such occurrences in the future. Best regards, Team Voolt
