Same as other people, I ordered 3 months ago with no order received. Absolutely terrible customer service. They just keep sending me fake tracking numbers. Obviously a scam now.

this website is absolutely garbage. there customer support is worthless. If you don't receive a package within 3 months you should be able to cancel and/or get a refund. I wish everyone would read these reviews before buying. Stupid mistake by me. Typical orders from China are 3 to 4 weeks. No one wants to wait 3 months for a paint roller set. I already paint the entire house plus my neighbors

Worse experience ever. It took two months to receive the product.Tried canceling and getting refund with no success. Really Bad!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sould be a ZERO star!!

If I could I’d give them 0 stars. I’ve been waiting 3 months and I still don’t have my order. I want my money back. Do not fall for this scam!!!

Ordered two months ago...NO PRODUCT!

I ordered mini SNES over a month ago and paid for fast shipping and havnt got it yet.My tracking was saying it was in Tokyo on the 2nd then it updated and said it was in Inglewood CA on may 19th.I asked them how they went from having it in Tokyo on June 2 to it being in CA may 19th they gave me the excuse that the short tracking number won't update in the state.

Rating would minus 10. BEWARE!!!!!!! Never order anything from this company. Their products are from China - not good! It took like almost two months before I received my order. The worst thing, it is incomplete. The bidet I ordered doesn't have, sprayer holder, screws, teflon tape and the adapter. Really really bad!
