La qualité des tee-shirts n'est plus au rendez-vous. Même lavé à 30° le tee-shirt Stone blanks White se déforme. Je ne rachèterai plus volcom en tee-shirt.

Positiv zu bewerten ist der schnelle Versand. Ich würde hier aber nur wieder bestellen, wenn ich mir zu 100% sicher bin die Sachen zu behalten. Habe mir 2 Shirts in 2 Größen zur Auswahl bestellt. Das eine hätte ich gerne zurück geschickt. Die Rücksendung (nach Frankreich!!) auf meine Kosten beträgt bei der deutschen Post versichert 15€. Das ist fast der Wert des Shirts.... Damit muss ich es wohl behalten und es als Lehrgeld betrachten dort nicht mehr unter 60€ zu bestellen oder besser gar nicht.

I'll start by saying, I love the quality, love the durability, I overall love the brand but Derek, the customer service "manager" is less than desirable. He came off rude and moody the second the call started. I felt offended as if I did something wrong by receiving a faulty item. I'll stick to my local distributors just to avoid the situation from happening again.

Order disappeared in post (due to UPS) and been trying to get email responses from them to follow this up... Almost 3 weeks after order date now and still no word on where my package is or my money back! Told it'd take up to 8 days. Its now 8 days and still can't get in touch with thwm for a reasonable answer... Also - if you Tey to phone their CS line you get an automated message telling you their opening times and then hangs up on you (09.00-13.00 + 14.00-18.00) - REGARDLESS OF WHAT TIME YOU PHONE!
