We have used VIOP as our only phone system for several years. The original installation and set up was easy and complete without a single problem. The service is very good and there has not been any issues. Even when our power was off. the ability to forward called to a cell phone kept the service working until power was restored. It has been excellent service. The one time we submitted a service ticket the response was prompt and resolved quickly.

I got tired of my old provider,that kept going up on my phone so I heard about Voiply phone service,I decided to give it a try, everything came in the mail for hook up,I had a small problem about getting it hooked up,but the team jumped right on it, didn't stop till got the problem fixed,great service, very low price , happy customer now thank everyone who help me get up an running
