Received my SC300i voice caddie for my birthday recently. It’s great. It’s compact and will fit in my golf bag for range practice. It’s also suitable in my garage practice net. Idea for mat practice at home anytime of the day. Easy to program and the app help to analysis data. My friend recommended the device, I love it.

Amazing machine great quality and will definitely lower your handicap.

I thought the whole process was smooth beginning to end. I really like like the devise as well.

Voice Caddie T9 is a high end golf gps watch. Supposedly the company’s flag ship product. I have tried numerous times to contact them regarding the watch not working properly. After the first contact, I did receive a support response - some THREE WEEKS LATER. Support told me what to do, which I tried several times, to no avail. Same problem after going thru the recommended steps several times. Sent follow up emails requesting help to finally get the problem fixed. Been waiting a month for a response! Obviously NO customer service or support. Beware purchasing this inferior product.
