Bought a case for my 16 pro. They have a really nice website and makes ordering easy. Little did I know the product was coming from China. Its been over 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my case. If I had known I would've bought from somewhere else.

Hi Kathryn, We’re truly sorry and deeply concerned to read about your experience — this is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. Receiving an empty package sounds incredibly frustrating, and we want to make things right. While rare, such incidents can happen due to mishandling during transit or a packaging error, and we take them very seriously. Please reach out to us immediately at [email protected] with your full name and order number. Our team is ready to investigate this thoroughly and either send a full replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. We understand your disappointment, and we’re here to resolve this quickly and respectfully. You are important to us, Kathryn, and we hope you’ll give us the chance to fix this. Warm regards, Vogueen Team
Could someone here help me? I placed an order two weeks ago and they haven't even sent it to me. I've sent them many emails and none of them have given me a logical answer.

I ordered 2 iPhone cases. It took over 3 weeks for them to arrive. I purchased a different one from another company after waiting more than 2 weeks. In my attempt to return these 2 unopened cases I have sent 4 emails requesting a refund and return shipping instructions with no response. Both phone numbers posted on their website do not work (one disconnects after one ring and the other states “this call cannot be completed”). I have asked for a call back with no response.

Hi Susan, We’re truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. 💔 Waiting over 3 weeks is certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers. We understand your need to return the items and apologize if our previous responses didn’t reach you. Please rest assured: if the items are unopened, we will absolutely process your return. We’ve just sent you a direct email with instructions and a prepaid return label so you won’t have to cover any shipping costs. Regarding the phone numbers — we’ve been working on switching providers, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused by the line issues. You're always welcome to email us directly at [email protected] for the fastest help. Thank you for your patience, Susan. We’re committed to making this right. 💫 – Vogueen Support Team
Seems scammy. Ordered a leather wallet case for $27+ but was shipped a very thin plastic look-a-like with no place to put any cards. No response to several emails asking how to return for refund or correct item. Update Feb 2025... after reporting to my cc card, I recieved a refund and "return process started". After a week, tho, no word. Maybe they're just overwhelmed and not scamming.

Hi Rita, We’re truly sorry for the frustrating experience you’ve had — that’s absolutely not the standard we strive for, and we deeply regret the confusion with your order and the delay in our response. It sounds like you were accidentally sent the wrong item, and we completely understand how disappointing that must’ve been. We’ve been working hard to improve our customer support response times, and your feedback reminds us how important that is. We’re relieved to hear your refund was processed and we hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future. You deserve better — and we’re here to prove it. With sincere apologies, – Team Vogueen
My order was incorrect and I could not get a response when I asked how to return for exchange.
