I paid forFoxit PDF Editor Lifetime version and never got a down load link or the license key for this software either. I bought this yesterday and still today I have not got a response back from them the next day. I'm very dissapointed them. I would not recommend them for a software purchase in the future. **** I'm updating this review for Vodeto I had a very good response from Elisa who guided me thru the setup and installtion I will up my experience to 5 Stars John F

Your video instructions didn't match actual installation procedure. Your technical assistance was poor and unknowledgeable. I will not attempt to purchase any product from you in the future.

I ran into several hurdles getting the software to install. Vodeto reached out to me--and then (today) spent a lot of time solving the problem. I'm very grateful!
