My experience with Sebastian and V Leads has been positive so far. The leads have been qualified and worth following up with. Some aren’t ready to sell immediately, so staying consistent and keeping in touch is definitely important. I’m looking forward to continuing to work the leads and getting some of these opportunities to the finish line.

Sebastian was very patient with me and he helped me through the process of getting everything set up and leads coming my way.

Provided a spreadsheet full of dead-end leads. Leads are colored coded with green, yellow, red and you focus on the green coded leads with a promise the company is working on turning the large amount of yellow coded to green. This never happens to the yellow leads. The green leads require a lot of nurturing and most leads have unrealistic ideas; ex "I'm not paying any agent, not even to list my house". I DO NOT recommend. I even called an agent that "supposedly " use them and was given great reviews, but don't get fooled.

I am new to the system, but so far have had a great experience. Daniel Jordan, my customer account rep, has been very thorough with explaining everything and working along side me to get some deals. I have been involved with several leads in the past, but this one has so far exceeded my expectations.

Things have started off great working with VLeads Service. My account manager Daniel has been very helpful with getting everything set up. He already has me working with several potential sellers. Best lead service I’ve used so far.

Leads are legit

They cold called me and I went to their website while I was on the phone with them. The very first testimonial stated a listing in my area was listed by one of their leads--so... I looked it up and it was invalid.. the property hasn't been listed since 2005, and for 1/2 the price their website showed... and by a different agent!! lol!

Hello Renee, Thank you for sharing your concern. We want to clarify that the transaction referenced in the testimonial was handled through Eluard’s real estate partner, which may be why the information you found online did not appear under Eluard’s name directly. After seeing your comment, we contacted Eluard and asked him to reach out to you personally to clarify the details. He attempted to call you earlier today, but the call went to voicemail. V Leads Services takes the accuracy of the information we publish very seriously. We do not knowingly post fake or misleading testimonials or property information, and our reputation and integrity are extremely important to us. We would be happy to provide additional clarification regarding this particular testimonial and address any misunderstanding directly. Thank you, V Leads Services
This is a company with integrity and demonstrates consistency. I’m a Philly Realtor and so far the leads have been good quality. I recommend them due to the quality of the service and the cost is very reasonable, especially compared to other similar services.
