It wasn't so great, i ordered 6 locks they all came out right hand, so I ended up have to buy 6 more all left hand.

I already get notifications from your company. While trying to place an order online, the promo pop-up kept interrupting the process. Once as a promo okay, repeatedly after I closed it is very frustration.

Knobs work fine but don't last too long in a high use environment

I put these in a restaurant on 6 bathroom doors and within 6 months one had already broken down. I had to order the same thing again because I didn't want to spend money on 6 new ones of a different kind. It may be a fluke, but time will tell.

Had to replace 2 out of 4 knobs within 1.5 years. Otherwise works great and love the concept.
