I am very satisfied with my new hearing aides.once I read and learned how to adjust them for my best hearing.enjoy the fact that I have them programed to my phone and can adjust them when needed.

I have no idea if I put them in correctly etc.i am older and by myself…difficult to know if they are even on correctly

I'm so thankful to Vivtone, I had the hearing aids in my cart but I just didn't know if I could afford them :( a couple of days later, I got a phone call asking if I still wanted the hearing aids, I explained, I dont just want them, I need them She said, we would like to give you a 25% discount I am 65 years old on social security, I was able to get my hearing aids because of the kindness of Vivtone :) I feel blessed, thanks to Vivtone I can hear again These are so easy to use and I am so happy of how they work, everyone around me is happy to Thank you so much for your kindness ♡

The product, quality and price of the Vivtone Xpure far exceeds the other hearing aids I have tried. I also appreciate the easy access to customer service for any questions and concerns.

As a first time user I was able to use the aids immediately. I did need to optimize them. The app installed immediately and blue tooth worked.
