Vivid racing delivered my order as promised. Product I order was above my expectations. Order arrived quicker than expected as well.

Don't order from these guys! Total scammers..placed an order for a set of wheels. Got an email saying they are on backorder for over 30days so I cancelled the order. Still haven't been refunded my money.

Despite a bit of delay there was good communication and I received the item quicker than the delay suggested

Got my parts when they said they would be delivered. Everything was communicated quite well when asking for updates on the status of my order.

Received my two new rims with no issues. However, after reading all the negative reviews, not sure I would order through Vivid again. Come on guys.....do better.

Bad customer service takes forever for them to get back in touch with you threw phone or email never responded back to me at all

This company is GARBAGE!!! First, my order is placed with no issues… 2nd, company starts sending follow up emails “cancelling” the order due to the manufacturer not being able to produce the item. 3rd, when you contact the company’s customer service department, service is HORRIBLE and unhelpful. I ended up purchasing my items from JEGS… VIOLA, I received one of my orders within 3 days and currently waiting for the other to be shipped!!! Now that is SERVICE!!! Vividracing may want to take a look at how JEGS does business, because JEGS runs circles around you guys. SMH.
