I originally inquired about a Ktuner Ecu for my 05 Acura RSX. Everyone was very helpful that I was in contact with and made the purchase experience pretty easy. I got my Ktuner Ecu within about 2 weeks after placing my order (it was a pre-order part) and everything turned out great. Shipping was quick, customer service was great and so was the communication.

I ordered a license plate bracket for my Honda Rebel 1100 and I couldn’t ever get an answer about when it would be shipped to me, I never got a receipt, I never got emails verifying it was ordered. It’s been two weeks since I’ve made my order and still haven’t gotten any info and nor my part I ordered. I will be getting a refund. I would not recommend going through this business for any parts
