Great selection and quick shipping.

Very fast shipping and great customer service by Jorge Garcia. My request of holding the wheels at the fedex location to be picked up instead of delivering it to my home address went very smooth. Ordered a set of volk racing te37 sl on 4/10/24 and it was delivered on 4/12/24. Given I’m in CA and vivid racing is in AZ, most other sites that sell wheels that are here in CA won’t have that fast shipping and would probably take a week to be delivered. I highly recommend vivid racing for all your car part needs.

Despite a hiccup with the secondary freight company, who dropped off the shipment when I wasn't home, which could have been a huge issue if there was damage. My experience overall was great. Chris helped confirm parts availability in the US and significantly reduced shipping costs. He also communicated well via email. The Chargespeed Carbon Hood and Trunk for my 2020 ND Mazda Miata are impressive, despite minor imperfections which are attributable to Chargespeed rather than Vivid Racing.

Good Customer service/shipping a little slow but overall a good experience

Went on their website and ordered a part only to be told later it was out of stock. They should update their ad instead of letting people waste their time sending the money only to have it sent back. Lost a week waiting for the refund. Unacceptable

lights didn’t completely fit right and ended up being an extra bulb after i had everything plugged in (2003 Pontiac Grand Am). was made specifically for my car but had to take it to the mechanics and get them to install it as it needed to be reworked and that’s out of my skill set. was hoping to be able to put them on myself but that resulted in a huge extra cost.

Your website said this item was in stock. I paid for 2 day shipping. My items showed up almost a week later. You are a drop ship company. I will not buy from you again.
