Very DISSATISFIED!!!!
I received container in Nov of 2024. Container rusted through and leaked May of 2025. I contacted Sonja at Viva for direction. Communication has been very slow. Viva offered a fiberglass patch that I had to use to cover the holes. I refused the patch because welding should be done to fix. I settled on a $100 refund which I haven't received. Service was great until they had my money! I am very disappointed!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for the frustration this situation caused. While communication delays occurred on both sides, we did stay in touch and worked to resolve the issue. As agreed, the $100 refund had already been issued before this comment was posted. If you have not received it, please let us know so we can resend the confirmation.
