Customer service is great

Love The product, it really works great. Im on 7.5mg tirzepatide with only 7lbs to go. Just slight nausea occasionally. However, now im not interested in increasing my dosage and would like to go back down to 5mg for self tapering purposes. Currently, im having difficulties in getting my questions/concerns addressed and/or reply email response. Not feeling happy about this process at the moment but up until now everything was excellent. The team is quick to respond to e-mails and I have had a positive experience over the past few months. My only ongoing concern is the cost. There are less expensive companies from which to order the same doses. I see sales, but never for when I am ordering, which is a monthly prescription. I'm satisfied, for now.

An existing customer helped me understand how the medication works and how the ordering process works

It was easy to order and the directions were plain and simple. My only piece of advice- with the syringe I got a 3ml syringe and I’m to administer .3ml injections. It could be very easy for a person to confuse that. Giving a syringe that’s only 1ml or 2ml would help keep people from making a very dangerous mistake. Thank you
