This is a great company to deal with had a problem they took care of it immediately, and I am really impressed with there product would recommend to anyone

Customer service there is NONE. I made one order then went back online to check my order and they sent a second one. No place in cart, no go to check out, no place order. I emailed to cancel but they still delivered 2 orders which I paid for with UPS and 2 weeks not one response. What a terrible way to do business. Let's go after them. 412 8740506

I had started about 6 or 7 months ago. I did so because I had 2 bald spots one on each side of my head. I tried alot of products, nothing seemed to work, I was very upset. Then I tried this product it took about 4 months and I could see hair growing. This product is the only one I have found to really help me. I would recommend Vital Nutritive to anyone and I have.

I did not get a response to my last communication to you. It appears that I have two AutoShip accounts. I only need one. I love the product and have already gotten some pretty impressive results I think I'm only on my third bottle. Maybe fourth I have lost track at this point. Want to stay on the product but just need one auto ship account.

I just started, so far everything is fine.

No one answers any emails. I tried to cancel my order and no one responded. They sent it anyway. They claim there’s a 60 day return policy but once again no responds to the return request. There is no phone number to call either. It’s all email that they don’t answer. I am extremely frustrated with this company.

Order took far too long . Had to ask several times and received only after I requested a refund .

I cancelled my order less than a 1/2 hour after I ordered it. They emailed back that they would be in touch within 24 hours. They finally got back to me 5 days after I had sent my cancellation and had already shipped the product. They said they couldn't process my refund because it had already shipped.
