Matt listened to what I wanted to do and just made it happen. I wanted a particular motorbike from the US that we can’t buy in Australia. He sourced the bike, did a deal with the seller, arranged land transport to the exporter and completed all of the paperwork required for a legitimate transaction. There is no way I could have done this myself. I maintain my annual reports with Visitor.us just in case I want another one.
