Working with Panda to get our passports quickly was an amazing experience. We were informed less than 2 weeks before our cruise, that this particular cruise, required a passport as opposed to a passport card and I was floored as to how I was going to get it! I contacted Panda and he was able to do it with in a week! I had never used a service like this before and I was so nervous, but he was reassuring and so professional.
