Visahero was able to solve my visa troubles immediately. Panda, operations manager, assured me he could remedy the problem of getting my visa application submitted and to the proper embassy. He responded to my emails/ phone calls immediately and put me at ease.

They quickly responded to questions before I made a purchase. They validated with me what I needed to do with my photos taken by phone. They notified when they received my passports. They notified me when the passports with the visas were shipped back to me. I used USPS with 2-5 delivery with tracking sending and returning the passports. I was very pleased with the service.

Panda made me feel like getting our visa was a priority and he worked through the weekend keeping an eye on it. He was very open and honest with communication. VisaHero is very competent and thorough. They know the visa processing business very well. They are very knowledgeable and cover all the bases prior to submitting the visas. This is a very helpful company and they have never let me down.
