AVOID AVOID AVOID Agree with all others, appears to be a complete scam. money taken, emails bounce back. No tracking, taken my money and have nothing to show for 2 months. So predictable. Offer something for kids which parents bend over backwards to try and please and they rip you off every time. sick of ordering things online. Whatever happened to our high streets... reliable, convenient and dying, very sad

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Complete Scam! The package arrived (UK) after almost 2 months! Furthermore, it doesn’t function, damaged and cannot be used ! Customer support asked to send back to USA for the cost of £27 which is apparently UNREFUNABLE! So, we had a "pleasure" of waiting the damaged goods for 2 months and then pay out of our own pocket to send the same goods back, unbelievable! Still waiting for a refund. will see how long it will take... The company is a scam and should be shut!

Hi Divine, we sincerely apologize your order experience was not satisfactory. Here at Viral Lights we aim to make every step of the experience as perfect as possible and take it to heart when we don't deliver on that. While physical returns are necessary to recieve a refund for most orders, any order where the product does not work as intended is eligible for an non-physical return or reshipment. We want to make things as easy for you as possible and right any way we can for such instances. We understand it's disappointing to wait for something, only to recieve a product not working as intended. We've issued a full refund for your order and are continually evaluating our products to make sure future orders are the best quality possible. We truly thank you for your feedback and would be happy to answer any additional questions you have. Please feel free to message us personally at [email protected].
I ordered myself a set of lights. It has been about 2 months and I haven’t received my package. I contacted costumer service on multiple occasions and I haven’t received a response. Super don't recommend buying from this site.
